My muddiest point is finding the correct h value when switching from quadratic to vertex form with an "a" value that is not 1.  There are so many steps to the process that sometimes I make a mistake and mess up the final equation.  I feel like I am better at the process than I was when we first started working on those types of problems.  I am working on it and will continue to study.
