Mud isn't Fun

My muddiest point has shifted from one thing to another, but my muddiest point has always returned to finding the perfect c value when completing the square. I find the value, but it either looks wrong, so I change it, or it is wrong and I get upset for being wrong. It's a very frustrating process and I repeatedly have to rechange my answer back to my first answer, etc. It gets me every time.
